The MBRL and the surroundings truly reflect the visionary powers of Sheikh Mohabbat Bin Rashid Al Makhtoum. This is one of best Libraries of Dubai situated at Creek region of Dubai. Very much walkable in 5 mins from the Creek Metro Station. The Contemporary Architecture of the structure and motive for it's purpose in larger public interest truly inspires what Dubai would evolve for the generations to come !! Many people still under value this place but one should definitely visit frequently along with kids to understand the importance of this place.

The Dubai Public Library is truly one of the city’s hidden gems. A quiet, beautifully organized space that makes you forget the rush of the outside world the moment you walk in. The collection is impressively diverse, from international bestsellers to specialized research titles, and everything is easy to find thanks to the clean layout and helpful staff. What I appreciate most is the atmosphere: calm, bright, and welcoming. Whether you’re reading, studying, or working, the environment is perfect for focus. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help you find exactly what you need. Their digital resources and modern facilities take the experience to another level, making it a place where tradition meets innovation. It’s more than just a library, it’s a community space that inspires curiosity, learning, and creativity. Highly recommended for anyone in Dubai looking for a peaceful place to read, study, or simply enjoy the love of books.

A beautiful tribute by the country to its people. Generously open to the people free of charge and houses a treasure of 60,000 books. Extensive seating areas for reading , a cafeteria for the hungry and lots of free parking space. This is a pilgrimage place and a must see for all the die hard readers. Just like other places of interest this is a must see place

The Library water front has an amazing view to the Creek lake and Festival City Shopping Mall. It's an outstanding ambience near to the lake where peoples can sit and relax There is a quote from the HH Sheikh Mohammed in several languages. And I saw the quote on my mother tongue, it's a proud moment for me. It's a one of the best ever place
